Thank you for shopping at AeroSpark Essentials! We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help you get it sorted.
We offer a 30-day return window. You have 30 days from the date your item was delivered to request a return.
1. Eligibility Criteria by Product Type
To maintain fairness and strict health and safety standards, our products are categorized under two separate return rules:

Clothing & Apparel: Returns or exchanges are gladly accepted. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of stains, odors, or pet hair, with all original tags still attached.

Health, Wellness, & Personal Care Products: Due to hygiene and safety regulations, all health supplements, topicals, wellness items, and personal care products are non-returnable once the protective safety seal is broken or the packaging has been opened. These items are considered final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. How to Start a Return

Please submit a request through our website's Contact Us page, or log into your Customer Account on our store to request a return directly from your order history. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please do not send items back to us without first submitting a formal return request, as they cannot be processed.
3. Return Shipping & Fees

Defective or Wrong Items: If an item arrives damaged or defective, or if you received the wrong product, AeroSpark Essentials will cover 100% of the return shipping costs and issue a full refund.

Standard Returns (Change of Mind / Sizing): For regular clothing returns or unopened health products, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
4. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately through our Contact Us page if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For health products that arrive damaged, please let us know right away so we can resolve it for you.
5. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item using your store credit or refund.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email (sent to the email address you used at checkout) regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be automatically processed back to your original method of payment within 3 to 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
